Daphne Shawl/Scarf

£3.00

A long, curved piece of garter-based lace, Daphne is a cross between a shawl and a scarf - meant to be worn like a scarf with its gorgeous Victorian lace on display.

The pattern is written in a modular way so that you can knit to a length/width and curvature that suits you and your yarn - meaning this can be made with almost any weight of yarn.

It has short row shaping so that it wraps around securely and the garter-based construction means there’s no need to worry about a right or wrong side!

There is also an option to keep or leave out the length of faggoting lace separating the cockleshell lace and the plain garter section.

The lace is charted.
